Cancel whenever you like. Here's exactly how billing, cancellations and refunds work — in plain terms and in Rands.

Every account starts with a 14-day free trial with full Workforce-tier access. No payment card is required to begin, so you can evaluate ConstructionOS at no cost and no risk before any money changes hands.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, or by emailing gareth@providuslabs.co.za. When you cancel:
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance in ZAR. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current paid month. We do not pro-rate or refund part-months unless required by law.
Annual subscriptions are billed once a year in advance (at the equivalent of ten months — two months free). If you cancel within 14 days of the start of a new annual term and have made no substantial use of the Service in that period, you may request a full refund of that term. After 14 days, annual fees are generally non-refundable, but you keep access for the remainder of the term.
We want you to be treated fairly. We will provide a refund where:
Email gareth@providuslabs.co.za with your account email and a short description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and to process approved refunds within 10 business days. Payments are handled by Paystack, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR), inclusive of VAT where applicable. If we change a plan's price, the new price applies from your next renewal and we'll give you reasonable notice beforehand. You can cancel before renewal if you don't wish to continue at the new price.
